This was not a typical warranty repair. The part was on back order for nearly 10 wks. After the 2nd week they gave me a loaner that we kept for almost 2 months. Not every dealership would do this especially if it wasn’t their fault. We really appreciate what they did for us during the whole process.

Can’t say enough good things about Southern Chevrolet and their sales team. Plenty of inventory, the showroom is clean and you’re not going to be pressured into buying anything you don’t want. I worked with Amber on my deal and will definitely call her for the next one I get. She took care of everything from the test drive to delivery of the vehicle, set up all the connected vehicles features and most importantly, she saved me over 6k for the same spec vehicle I was wanting at another local dealer. It was great. I scheduled my appointment then I forgot I had a Dr appointment at the same time. It was no problem to reschedule, then the day if the appointment my Dr appointment was running over, so I called and they said no problem and rescheduled me for a later time. There is not many places and people that will help someone like that anymore, so 1 out of 5 stars I’ll give them a 10!
